Shipping & Refunds
Quartzed process all orders within 24 - 48 hours. We endeavour to get your package out to you as soon as possible, however due to potential external circumstances such as weather, pandemic, etc.. there may be significant delays.
During busy time such as post live sales, please allow up to 7 days for package to be dispatched. Please contact us if you require a package to be dispatched urgently.
Australia Wide Shipping
$10.00 – Standard: 7-12 business days
$19.95 – Express: 2-5 business days
We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders made under these addresses will be cancelled unless further instructions for a reason had been provided.
Once your order is dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for any transit issues that may arise during the delivery process, including delays or delivery loss. Please contact the shipping company used directly to resolve by clicking here.
If you are located outside of Australia, you will require international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on location. You will be given the best possible arrival prediction at this time.
- Standard international delivery: allow up to 21 business days.
- Express international delivery: allow up to 3-10 business days.
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Quartzed is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Courier Shipping Within Metro Melbourne
Please contact us directly to discuss the most appropriate means to reach you as pricing will vary on a case by case basis. Please contact Via DM on Instagram or using the 'Contact Us' Tab- using the subject Courier Shipping for Product (use product name).
We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders made under these addresses will be cancelled. If you must have your package delivered via a PO BOX, courier options are not valid because they are not connected to Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges
Each item you purchase is either as shown online or has been carefully intuitively selected. We specify which option it is in the product page. We don't accept returns and exchanges based on crystal appearance or change of mind. Please note, the appearance of the crystals may vary from the images shown. We aim to provide images that are as close as we can to real life. However, due to lighting and other factors that may be due to the nature of the stone, the colours or dimensions of the crystals may differ. We don't hold responsibility for such variations, as all items are carefully selected by Quartzed, inspected and packed with care.
We do understand that sometimes things do happen and breakage during transit can occur. In this instance, please ensure to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Ensure to provide us with pictures, order number and a message about your item. However, please note, once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.
Refunds and shop credits will be considered and approved at the discretion of Quartzed. Refunds will be made via the same channel the payment was made upon return of the item. Shipping costs relating to refunds and exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Should items be damaged in the shipping return process, Quartzed will not be liable for any damage and may reserve the right to cancel an approved refund or exchange.
