Within Australia shipping is $10 flat rate.
Where are you located?
We are based and ship from Melbourne, Australia. We do not have a physical shop. All purchases can be made via the website, Instagram or Facebook Shop and private messages.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer several flexible payment options including Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4, Shop Pay, credit cards, PayPal, Zipay, bank deposit, and add new ones from time to time. We also have in-house payment plans available for our regular customers.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs are in USD and are a flat rate $40 USD under $350 USD order value. Above $350, we offer FREE shipping worldwide. Taxes and customs fees at destination are not included. These refer to the costs that are paid upon collection of goods.

New Zealand has separate shipping rates calculated at checkout. Rates start from $30 AUD and increase by weight.
Will I receive the exact crystal pictured?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, the crystal shown in the product photos is the exact piece you will receive.
What if my crystal arrives damaged?
We take a lot of care when packing, but if something happens in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll make it right — your happiness matters to us.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes, always. We work with trusted suppliers who care about where their crystals come from and how they’re mined. Every piece we bring in is chosen with love, care, and respect for both people and the planet.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each crystal is unique and natural, we don’t usually accept returns unless an item is damaged or incorrect. But if something’s not right, reach out — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
What are open boxes?
Open boxes let you claim items during multiple live sales and have them shipped together later. It saves you on postage and gives you time to build your collection before your box is sent out. When you’re ready, just message us to close your box and we’ll send it your way!
