How much is shipping within Australia?
Within Australia shipping is $10 flat rate.
Where are you located?
We are based and ship from Melbourne, Australia. We do not have a physical shop. All purchases can be made via the website, Instagram or Facebook Shop and private messages.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer several flexible payment options including Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4, Shop Pay, credit cards, PayPal, Zipay, bank deposit, and add new ones from time to time. We also have in-house payment plans available for our regular customers.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping costs are in USD and are a flat rate $40 USD under $150 USD order value. Above $150, we offer FREE shipping worldwide. Taxes and customs fees at destination are not included. These refer to the costs that are paid upon collection of goods.

New Zealand has separate shipping rates calculated at checkout. Rates start from $30 AUD and increase by weight.
Will I receive the exact crystal pictured?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, the crystal shown in the product photos is the exact piece you will receive.
What if my crystal arrives damaged?
We take a lot of care when packing, but if something happens in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll make it right — your happiness matters to us.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes, always. We work with trusted suppliers who care about where their crystals come from and how they’re mined. Every piece we bring in is chosen with love, care, and respect for both people and the planet.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each crystal is unique and natural, we don’t usually accept returns unless an item is damaged or incorrect. But if something’s not right, reach out — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
What are open boxes?
Open boxes let you claim items during multiple live sales and have them shipped together later. It saves you on postage and gives you time to build your collection before your box is sent out. When you’re ready, just message us to close your box and we’ll send it your way!
Do you do live sales?
Yes! Our Instagram Live Sales are the heart of Quartzed. It’s where you’ll find one-of-a-kind pieces, new arrivals, and a beautiful community of crystal lovers. It’s also a fun way to see the crystals up close and connect with us in real time. You can follow us on Instagram to find out when our next live sale will be via the link below.
How do I choose the right crystal for me?
Trust your intuition — the crystal that catches your eye is usually the one your energy needs most. But if you’re not sure where to start, think about what you’d like more of in your life right now — calm, motivation, protection, or love. You can also shop by intention on our website or download our Crystal Meaning Guide to help you find your perfect match.
Which crystals are best for beginners?
If you’re new to crystals, we recommend starting with a few all-rounders:

✨ Clear Quartz — amplifies your energy and intentions.
✨ Amethyst — brings calm and clarity.
✨ Rose Quartz — promotes self-love and compassion.
✨ Black Tourmaline — for protection and grounding.

These are beautiful starting points and blend well with any energy or goal.
How can I use crystals in daily life?
There’s no rulebook — it’s all about what feels right for you. Some people meditate with them, others keep them on their bedside table, desk, or carry them in their bag. Crystals can be a gentle reminder to come back to yourself when life gets loud.
How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?
Crystals absorb energy, so it’s a good idea to give them a reset now and then. You can cleanse them with smoke, like sage, incense, or palo santo, sound such as a singing bowl or bell, or moonlight. To charge them, hold them in your hands, set your intention, and visualise what you want that crystal to support you with.
Can I buy crystals as gifts?
Absolutely! Crystals make thoughtful, meaningful gifts because each one carries a special energy or intention. You can shop by intention to find something that perfectly matches what your loved one might need — like calm, confidence, or love.
